Join Kinetic Sailing for an offshore ocean passage from Fajardo, Puerto Rico to Solomons, Maryland onboard the Outbound 46 Kinetic.

Instruction includes advanced sail theory and trim, weather systems and forecasting, sail inventory, advanced coastal navigation, heavy weather preparation and skills, night sailing, watchstanding, emergency procedures, systems and engineering, underway meal prep and much more. ASA 106 Coastal Passagemaking or ASA 108 Offshore Passagemaking certification is available to qualified candidates.

Fees include onboard meals and beverages, instruction, ships operating costs and port fees.   A modest additional fee is required for ASA certification.  Transportation to and from Kinetic are your responsibility; flights to San Juan (SJU) are frequent and inexpensive.
