After you’ve experienced bareboat cruising or flotillas, coastal passagemaking and night sailing is the next natural step in your sailing continuum.  Join Kinetic Sailing for a passage from the British Virgin Islands to the Spice Island of Grenada onboard the Outbound 46 Kinetic.  This 420 nm passage runs the length of the Leeward and Windward Islands.

Instruction includes advanced sail theory and trim, weather systems and forecasting, sail inventory, advanced coastal navigation, heavy weather preparation and skills, night sailing, watchstanding, emergency procedures, systems and engineering, underway meal prep and much more. ASA 106 Advanced Coastal Cruising (Coastal Passagemaking) certification is available to qualified candidates.

Your $2000 fee includes onboard meals and beverages, ships operating costs and port fees. Certification materials & fees are $175 additional.
